Return Policy



Terms and Conditions: 

Our job is to make our services as seamless and fair as possible for our customers. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact or email to us. The terms & conditions are a binding agreement between both Parts Nation and the customer. Failure to comply may result in rejection of any replacements, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Parts Nation reserves the right to alter, change, or modify the terms & conditions at any point in time, without notification. Please check back periodically for any updates on the terms & conditions.


Returns Procedure:

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date in an event that you:

  • Purchased the incorrect size or part
  • No longer needed the product
  • Incorrect item was sent out compared to the listing
  • Product arrived damaged, or defective
  • Accidental order

You may return eligible items sold on Parts Nation.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund or replacement.

Any used, altered, or otherwise unsaleable items will not be returnable.

For returns that are not a result of an error from Parts Nation, if you request a prepaid label from our shipping account, return label fee will be deducted from your total refund.


Return Instructions

  1. Please contact us with your Order ID and vehicle information to request an RMA.
    • If possible, please provide images of the returning product.
    • All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original container and packaging.
    • Any previous shipping labels should be covered or removed to prevent delays.
  1. You will be provided with a link or attachment to print a return shipping label. Return labels need to be securely attached to the outside of the package with previous shipping labels removed. 

  2. On receiving your return, we will have the package inspected and processed.

  3. A refund will be issued within 2 business days according to our return and restocking fee policy.

**Please be advised that any fees paid for expedited shipping are non-refundable in the event that a product is returned. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with expediting the shipping process and ensuring timely delivery.


Restocking and Shipping Fees:

Eligible continental US returns may be subjected to additional fees:

  • No longer needed the product
  • Purchased the incorrect size or part
  • Accidental order
  • Providing reasoning which isn’t a result of Parts Nation error*

Items that are returned used, damaged, or missing the original item or packaging will be subject to a restocking fee.

Products will need to be shipped back to our warehouse to initiate the return process.

As an additional service, we can offer you a shipping label that will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us about acquiring a prepaid label.

*Error refers to any product that do not match the product described in our listing. To prevent ordering the wrong item, please contact us to confirm fitment on any parts you are looking for. We will only send the item/SKU you have ordered.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Shipments:

  • Please inspect all packages upon receipt to ensure that the part you received is correct and free of defects.
  • At any point in time, do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part. Doing so will void your warranty.
  • Contact us if your item is damaged or incorrect and include images of the packaging and what was received.
  • We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
  • Alternatively, the quickest way to receive a replacement is to re-order the part. A full refund will be provided on the faulty unit once it is returned.


Fitment and Compatibility:

  • All images shown in our product detail pages are for illustration and/or reference only. Actual product may vary slightly due to inventory and supplier arrangements. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our products.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the part numbers, compatibility and fitment before making a purchase. Please double check all part number references and attributes (orientation, color, size, etc.).
  • On the checkout page, please enter your VIN information so we may help verify the part to the correct vehicle. This is used only for fitment verification and will not be given to any third parties.
  • For the best results and information about the fitment, please contact us through our Live Chat or email us all your questions.



Please visit our warranty page for full details. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund or, if requested, a replacement. Warranties are provided directly from the manufacturer and differs from Parts Nation return policies.

We offer 1-year unlimited miles manufacturer warranty on all parts sold in Parts Nation.



  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
  • We document the serial numbers on all our parts. We will not refund items returned with modified, removed, or missing serial numbers.
  • If you paid using Affirm, Affirm will credit your loan balance within 3-45 business days. You can check your loan balance in your Affirm account. While waiting for your refund, you are still required to make monthly payments that are due per the terms of your original loan agreement.
