Order & Shipping Policy



With multiple fulfillment centers across the USA, we aim to provide our customers with the fastest and most efficient service!

  • All items are shipped brand new, factory sealed.
  • We ship to all locations with Fedex, UPS, or USPS. Shipping method may vary depending on product and shipping locations. We do not ship large items to PO boxes.
  • Free shipping applies to only the 48 continental United States. You can calculate estimated shipping costs in your cart.
  • Products may ship from separate warehouses depending on stock and availability.
  • For bulk purchases of 3 or more pieces, we recommend confirming product availability with us beforehand to prevent delays.

We make every effort to have orders shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped same day excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

For example:
  • Orders placed on Monday 1:34 PM (before cut-off) will be prepared and picked up by carriers on Monday (the same business day).
  • Orders placed on Monday 2:46 PM (after cut-off) will be picked up by the carriers on Tuesday (the following business day).

 *Occasionally, some vehicles will have multiple variations on parts. To prevent the hassle of returns and to ensure your purchase will work for your vehicle, we may ask you to provide your vehicle information prior to shipping to confirm fitment on certain products. This information is used only to verify fitment of a part. It will not be given to any third-parties.

Signature Requirement:

Orders over $350 will have signature required to ensure you receive your order. Both Fedex and UPS offer options to redirect packages to a nearby pickup location if you are unable to receive the package when it arrives. Additionally, if you wish to have signature added to your delivery or have us use a specific delivery service, please let us know.


Shipping Exception:

You will be notified via email or phone if an item you ordered is no longer in stock or will take longer to ship. Please make sure you have a valid phone number or email so we can contact you in case of issues. Orders may be cancelled and refunded if we do not receive any confirmation.

Occasionally, parts may be temporarily unavailable or discontinued due to changes by the manufacturer. We make every attempt to ensure our information and stock level is up to date.


Change of Address:

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

We will make attempts to correct addresses when requested but cannot change shipment destination once your order has been processed and shipped.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item:

- Please inspect all items upon receival to ensure the parts you receive are correct and free of defects.
Contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect. Include images of the packaging, what was received, and the damaged portion of your order.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
- Alternatively, if you require a replacement sooner, we recommend re-ordering the part. This is the quickest way to receive a replacement. A full refund will be provided once the faulty item is returned.
